Maryland Trans*Unity is a peer-facilitated support group for the trans* community in Montgomery County, Maryland. We meet two times per month, on the first and third Sundays - even on holidays.

In Person 

Come join us the first Sunday of each month, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
We meet in a metro bus accessible, private location, which is surrounded by a bit of nature ensuring discretion. Our meeting location is below.

We meet via zoom on the third Sunday of the month, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm.

Find us out and about at Montgomery County and DC metro area community events; or at private gatherings like a potluck, a card or table game meet up, a movie viewing, and more.

Advocacy

Maryland Trans*Unity´s primary purpose is to provide and strengthen a peer led a trans and non-binary support group and community.
Advocacy and activism are not for everyone, but there is a time and a place for them. Our leadership team can help you learn how to become and remain actively engaged in local, county, and state advocacy.

Meeting location

We meet in person on the first Sunday of the month in Mattie's Peace Room on the first floor at Main Street Connect, 50 Monroe Place, Rockville, MD.

Main Street Connect is just a short distance from the Red Line at Rockville Metro Station, as well as from several WMATA and RideOn bus stops.

Parking garages and street parking available.
